This website is owned and operated by Matthew Cheok. By accessing and using our website (including to make a purchase), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions ("Terms") outlined below. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products.
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. Each time changes are made, we will do our best to notify you about these changes (including by email). Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

2. Pricing and Payments
By default, all prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) for prints (excluding framing) only and include GST. Purchase is also available in select foreign currencies.
3. What Material Do You Use?
All Cheokolate prints are carefully reproduced on award-winning Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308gsm) giclee. Our prints are made from 100% cotton with a smooth texture. The heavyweight and durable paper is perfect for decorating various spaces like living rooms, bedrooms, studies, kitchens, galleries, offices, and workspaces.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

6. Refunds / Exchanges / Damages
Please ensure that you select your print(s) carefully. All prints are made to order, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. However, if you receive your print(s) and your print(s) is damaged (upon delivery), or does not match the print(s) that you selected and purchased on this website, we will replace print(s) at no extra cost to you. For any concerns related to damaged or incorrect prints, please contact me at hello@cheokolate.com within 7 days of receiving your print(s) with details of the damage or incorrect print(s) (including photos). In the event that you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened, please note this with the carrier before signing for your order. Rest assured that we take utmost care in checking and packaging all items to ensure your satisfaction.
7. Handling and Care
Cheokolate Prints are crafted to withstand the test of time. To maintain their best condition, it’s recommended to avoid touching the print surface with bare hands, as moisture and oils can affect the quality. Opt for handling prints by the edge or wear lint-free white-cotton gloves. Ideally, we encourage taking your print directly to a professional framer without removing it from the protective tube.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cheokolate Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products, website, or services. Additionally, we shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the use or misuse of any third-party products or services recommended or linked on our website.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall apply internationally. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.
11. Force Majeure
Cheokolate Print Store shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in connection with the delivery of your order(s) if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labour disputes, disruptions in transportation or communication, or governmental orders.
12. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order(s) at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or breached any applicable laws or regulations.
13. Age Restriction
By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or state to make such transactions. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
14. User Accounts
You will need to set up an account on our website in order to purchase our products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, please notify us immediately.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information to us in connection with your use of this website (including account and purchase information).
We reserve the right to cancel your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms.

Except as expressly authorised by Matthew Cheok, you agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, licence, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on this Website or any content (including photographs and/or prints) available through this website. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to view content available on and through this website, provided that you do not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices displayed on or included with the content.
All rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to all photographs posted on this website (and used as a print) are owned exclusively by Matthew Cheok. When you purchase a print, you are acquiring a physical copy of the photograph for personal enjoyment or display purposes only. You may not download, transmit, reproduce, copy, reprint, modify, rewrite, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, licence, lease, transfer, or sell content from this website (including a print) for any commercial use or provide it to any commercial source, without the express prior written permission of Matthew Cheok.
