Siob Bazaar

While walking through the market, I was beckoned over by a friendly woman who offered me a taste of her nishalda. This traditional dessert, consisting of a thick, sweet mixture of water, sugar, egg whites, liquorice root, and vanilla, is typically enjoyed during the holy month of Ramadan and pairs perfectly with Uzbek bread.
